Sellers want their agents to get their homes off the market; however, there’s more to it than that. The National Association of REALTORS asked what recent homesellers one from their agents. Here’s what they said, in order to popularity:

While sellers have recommended their agents a median of one time since selling, 20% of sellers have recommended their agents four or more times. 84% sellers would probably or definitely use the real estate agent again and recommend them to others.
